Jessica Alba’s Post-Pregnancy Workout

Jessica welcomed her second child just a few weeks ago, but if history is any indicator she’ll be back to her slim and svelte shape in no time. After her first daughter, Honor Marie, was born, she trained with Ramona Braganza, a Gold’s Gym celebrity trainer, just 2 weeks after giving birth. “I wanted Jessica to take it easy for the first few weeks, so we began with daily 20-minute workouts designed to target the core, slowly build endurance, and get the body used to working out again,” says Braganza, who also trained Halle Berry and Ashlee Simpson after the births of their children. “Jumping into a 1-hour workout right after having your baby is really intense. It’s better to go gently and see if anything hurts,” she says.
